In aceeasi arie geografica, in zona colinara a Muscelului se afla trei biserici rupestre aflate la distante aproximativ egale, formand un tringhi echilateral cu latura de 20 Km
Situata la aproximativ 7 Km de stravechiul oras Campulung Muscel fosta cetate de scaun a Basarabilor, biserica Manastirii se afla la altitudinea de 765 m.
In afara bisericii, langa peretele stancos se afla mormintele unor personalitati de seama ale vremii printre care si mama pictorului ID Negulici, pe nume Pelaghia Negulici si tatal pictorului.
O vizita la aceasta manastire ci siguranta te va duce cu gandul la vremuri trecute si care cu greu isi cauta drum spre vremurile zilelor noastre atat de agitate.
Nou si vechi la Sf. Manastire Namaiesti.
